Otium pride ourselves on offering excellent support for all of our products. We try to design our products so they allow for many problems to be solved via 'self-help'.

To facilitate this 'self-help' we have provided information within the support pages that should allow you to solve simple problems very quickly.  Please refer to our FAQ, Technical Tips, and Technical Information Sections.

Otium customer who have purchases a support contract can contact us by email in order to log an entry in our Technical Support System.  To assist you in getting the correct information to us we are pleased to offer a Suport Logging Tool.

The Support Logging Tool is available with instructions from our download pages, we would encourage the use of this tool as it enables us to quickly and accuratly address any issues you should have!
